Prospective Clinical Study Status: Enrolling Participants

As Principal Investigator of the ACUMEN-HIP study (Accuracy in Achieving Optimum Reconstruction: Measured- vs. Navigation- Techniques in Hip Arthroplasty), I am evaluating the impact of 3D templating and navigation-assisted THA on implant positioning and outcomes. This prospective study assesses whether navigation reduces variability in cup inclination and anteversion, lowers dislocation rates, and improves functional outcomes. The results will guide institutional adoption of surgical technologies and contribute to evidence-based guidelines for precision arthroplasty.
