Surgical Innovation Status: Data Collection

My research uses wearable sensor technology to objectively measure movement, function, and recovery in patients with hip conditions. By capturing real-world data on how patients move before and after surgery, this work provides insights that go beyond traditional clinical assessments. Furthermore, this research will deliver a remote monitoring tool to track recovery over time, allowing healthcare providers to evaluate outcomes more accurately, and support personalized rehabilitation programs, providing evidence-based care in hip arthroplasty and hip preservation.
