Knee Anthroplasty

Knee arthroplasty is a surgical procedure to resurface or replace damaged knee joint components with artificial implants. It can be total (replacing all three knee compartments) or unicompartmental (replacing only one side of the joint), and is performed to relieve pain and restore function in patients with severe knee arthritis, injury, or structural deformity.
