Clinical Biography

A vital member of Dr. Grammatopoulos’ research team since 2019, Meaghan Dufresne oversees the strategic coordination and operational support of our comprehensive research program. Holding a Master of Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa, she leverages deep expertise in orthopaedic conditions to bridge the gap between clinical practice and innovative research. Meaghan Dufresne is driven by a commitment to translational research—ensuring that data-driven insights directly improve surgical outcomes and patient quality of life.

Beyond the clinic, she is an avid outdoors enthusiast and gardener who enjoys life with her husband, two children, and the family dog, often spending her weekends at the cottage or cheering on the Ottawa Senators.

Research Interests

Translational orthopaedic research, clinical trial coordination, patient-reported outcomes, and data-driven surgical quality improvement.
